The paint is most likely damaged. Egg has acids of some sort the eat through paint and damage it in a matter of days. You need to wash it off right away.
He can try using something like 3M Swirl mark remover to polish discoloration out of the top of the clear coat, but I'd bet it's already down in the color coat.
