Just recieved in the mail a check for one thousand dollars as a come-on if I buy another GM car from GM. Just call that number for details. Was this because we had purchased a car( Saab) or leased another ? It was unclear.
I called and asked if I could buy the new 9-5 I had seen in the press? or could I get this in cash, to replace some of the deprecation I was going to suffer due to them closing Saab. They directed me to Saab marketing, where I again told them I would like to use it on the new 9-5. Nice young girl from Saab marketing talked with me about it. She had a number of these calls and was very depressed about it. As a result I didn't press too hard. It clear they have made up their minds however. She said the offer was a day early and should have not been mailed until tomorow. Keep calling boys.
