Francisco, are you saying that there is no current Saab dealer in PR? Or if there was, was this one that GM was going to close? It sounds like Spkyer is going to keep all of the dealers, so maybe things will change once the deal closes. Once the deal closes perhaps writing Spyker.
That said, it sounds like your car is leased, which depending on how much longer you have on the lease, and how many miles or time will be left on the warranty when you turn it in you may be in luck... meaning that if the car is a "lemon" when the lease ends it becomes someone else's problem. When I met my wife she had a leased Dodge Neon, (she had a fantastic lease deal because the dealer messed up the quote and had put it in writing, so they had to honor it). All I have to say, is thank g-d it was leased because not only were those cars poorly designed and made, that one had big issues (like having the computer replaced twice) and at the end of the lease, we were able to walk away from it.
