Go talk to your bank and ask what they need for someone to transfer money to your account.
I do work for a several overseas companies and they transfer money into our business account almost every month. Banks are used to doing this and it is perfectly safe. They transfer it electronically and once it is in your account it is there.....no waiting for anything to clear.
You have to get a couple of special bank codes from your bank.
One thing to ask about is the charge. You bank may charge you $40 USD or so. Find out and add that to the total so you don't pay it yourself.
This way you don't release the car until the bank says the money is there says the money is there and you can see it in your balance.
