My buddy crashed his 00 Camry and got the bumper and passenger side fender replaced. Last night his passenger side front tire fell off his car when he was driving and the studs that hold the tire on were sheared off. I am trying to find out if there is any need to remove the front tires when replacing the bumper and fender. It seems too coincidental that his tire fell off so soon after his car was repaired. I know there is no real way to prove they didnt tighten it, but I just want to know.
