2000 six speed stock except for a Borla exhaust so it about 355hp. Boosted the tire (about 2 or 3 over book) pressure up on a few long trips of over 1000 miles and the fuel burn was about an honest 30.9 with one fill up hitting almost 32 mpg. The Corvette, like the very first Saab, what do they call it the "Ur" Saab or something. Very and you could almost say the ultimate "Aero" design for both cars since the first Saab and the Corvette were products of the wind tunnel. Not knocking any of our present or past Saabs but the mileage of the Corvette still gets me excited. If they made a TD XWD I would buy one in a heartbeat. You Euros have it all over us here in the US when it comes to cars. I love the balance of the XWD 2.0 over the FWD and after driving one it pushed me to spend more money then I started out to.
