I have had good experiences with CRS although I think they sometimes get a little sloppy with their service. I had 5 year service and rear brake job done recently and they did a thorough job on that but I also complained about a rear wheel bearing and they told me it was fine. When I brought the car back two weeks later for a windshield nozzle replacement (the part had not been in stock) I complained again about the rear wheel bearing and this time they decided it DID need to be replaced. In fairness, they agreed to perform the work for the same cost as I would have spent if they had done it in combination with the brake job and they are always super nice. When I picked the car up the ABS light was on and they had to wheel it back in and fix that but as I say they are extremely pleasant and generally competent. They replaced my transmission under warranty once when the plastic speed sensor gear broke and they could not be sure they took out all the pieces. How can you complain about that?
