I'm in Columbus, Ohio and got it the first month it was offered. We have 5 TV's with one being HD, as well as one of the upgraded speed packages for the internet connectivity. We recently had a system problem and had a resistor removed from the outgoing 75 ohm coax from the UVerse box, and had a new, higher bandwidth splitter installed. 3 of the TV's are connected via coax and two are connected directly to the router ports with CAT 5.
By and large the system has been good. We occasionally will see a digital "stutter" due to transmission speeds, but I can only remember one or two times we've lost any signal or channels temporarily. The strangest thing is when you have two TV's in different rooms watching the same channel but the audio and video is slightly delayed. This is exaggerated when one of the TV's is in HD. For whatever reason that signal seems to be delayed 1 or 2 seconds when compared to the other TV's in the house.
I have no plans to change. Previous service was traditional DSL and was a bit expensive.
