It is 18/28. I posted v6 numbers which I mistakenly copied from a dealer web site. I compared them while at the dealer (looking at window stickers), and the turbo4 was 1 mpg better than the v6 AWD. I was disappointed by this, too.
On the other hand, 18/28 is better than the OG 9-5 (at least from an EPA perspective - Edmunds lists it as 17/26 for a 2008 9-5) for a much bigger car. I would regularly get ~30 mpg on the hwy with my 2005 Aero so I'm not sure what's up with this rating. Then again, I get pretty close to EPA estimates with my 08 9-3. It also seems like the 4s I've own have been better with "city" mileage than the 6s... probably has to do with using less gas at idle (as in stop lights and stop-and-go freeway).
I'd like to know what people really get, as my experience shows sometimes the EPA is pretty close (9-3), other times it's not (OG 9-5).
