I know ill catch a lot of crap for those who have read the poor customer service rants regarding this company, as I have. I took a chance and tried them,and have been nothing but satisfied, that is once you get all set up and past the need for customer service. I don't use it much, Motorola phone, double minutes for life, 19.99 for 3 months service and more minutes than I can use, but they carry over. Recharging minutes/service is easy and straightforward. I had some trouble with a dead simm card that came with the phone, and the very poor foreign based customer service which I had to deal with to get a new one, but after that it was smooth sailing. One more note, I have better service coverage than 3 freinds with the latest and greatest gadget phones and service contracts, demonstrated when the four of us took a trip to the Adirondacks recently. Nice.
