So the more I think about the more I know that I shouldn't just sit around and let these guys screw me.
I went to talk to them today and when I brought the topic up the dude seemed obviously distressed. Whether it was for me or because he was found out I'm not sure yet. At first he was trying to say that maybe the price is because of interest but N explained that it'd be even mroe w interest 16k total with it. I explained that as nice as my car is it is not worth even close to this....he agreed. He told me he'd look at my paperwork and asked me to come back monday. We were both very civil and I didn;t make any threats....yet.
Do you guys think he might be preparing his defenses? I could see I caught him very off guard and he didn't even really know what to say.
Also do you guys think I might have a case with a lawyer? I don't really have any proof, and the contract has all the numbers. The only thing I can think of is just blatantly overcharging. He never denied nor accepted that we had agreed on 7k total for the car during all our negotiations.
I guess I'll go back Monday and see what happens....
