I probably should have either continued my previous thread, but I thinking quick because I was being rushed out of the house. Sorry I don't reply much, I get super busy with school and work.
The posts I read were very helpful and were what really got me thinking about taking any action at all.
I have located my contract and the numbers are there for me financing $9k which makes me think I'm screwed. I really thought I read the contract through and through and everything seemed right. Must have been a mistake on my part. We talked 7k the entire time, I put 3k down, so I should have been financed 4k. We talked this out too, we did a bunch of figures which I don;t have paperwork on. (Rediculous 33% APR that I did agree on becuase my credit sucked, as well as the amount of 3900 that I'd pay in interest if I payed minimum payments).

To make a long story short and simple it seems that the dealer changed all our agreements on the contract and I was dumb enough not to notice. I'll see what I can do (lawyer wise and DMV wise) but I have a feeling I just have to suck it up and learn a good life lesson from it.

Sorry for all the confusion I've been causing. I'll make sure I follow up on my posts much quicker next time, but I do appreciate everyone's help.
