Just remain positive and support them. Negative statements don't help make this shitty situation and better. It just makes it shittier and that's not what they need now.
Hell, if I had the money I would buy a new Saab, that's what THEY NEED. If people calmed down and didn't go into panic, the company would be fine. It's all of this garbage that has to be read all of the time that instills negativity and thus loss of confidence and is a vicious cyle.
I bet if all of the people on this board who *could* buy a car *did* buy one and didn't *panic* about what might happen using their intelligence to know that their support is exactly what the company needs, they'd be fine.
But no, no one ever wants to risk anything. Everyone wants everyone else to go first and tell them how it went before they purchase a car. It just doesn't work like that.
I stopped reading the news long ago. I confidently tell you that if I was in a position to purchase a car, I would, period.
I'd like to see some more mature responses from people here and not the ones that come from instinct (i.e. negative ones due to complete or near complete loss of confidence due to what they read without taking a few minutes to think about why it is they are feeling that way).
Just relax, keep calm, and carry on.
