I love roundabouts having lived and driven in Europe. That being said, there was a roundabout in Vicenza, Italy we called the "circle of death" due to the high number of accidents suffered by temporary duty military. That roundabout had an odd yield on only one quadrant of the circle. As a young lad driving in Manila, I encountered my first roundabout on the main ring road - Epifano de los Santos or "Edsa". It was absolutely huge and especially daunting for a US driver who had never seen a roundabout. Years later it was bulldozed and converted to a really ugly signal light controlled intersection. Sad.
