I got a WARN notice couple weeks ago. Reading it there is no doubt it is 60 days notice, the reality is it might be rescinded. The political machinations around who got notices and who didn't was truly astounding. Won't bore you with the details but once the bean counters take over, it's all over! There are open Reqs in funded programs with plenty of qualified people to fill them but lay-offs still happen, go figure. the only things companies seem to be good at these days is shooting themselves in the foot. Could be a mixed blessing!
