I own a lot of cars, buy a lot of radios. The one below is one of my current favorites. It has front and rear USB ports, and you can use either of them to support the included Bluetooth adapter. Both the USB ports will connect to an iDevice, or you can pair your phone to it via Bluetooth and use it for calling. It's unfortunately a glossy black (instead of a matte black), but you can assign the buttons and the display to any of a bazillion colors, including green. The green-on-black looks right at home in a classic Saab, although I have set my buttons to green and my by display to grey/white to make it easier to read. It has a real volume knob, and simple directional controls for folder and track navigation. My sole complaint is a lack of buttons for changing radio stations (you need to assign them, then navigate them with the directional pad), but it's a pretty small complaint. Everything else works exactly as it should.
A good backup plan is the JVC Arsenal KD-AHD79 (http://www.crutchfield.com/s_105KDAHD79/JVC-Arsenal-KD-AHD79.html?tp=5684&nvpair=FFBrand|JVC+Mobile) - it works almost exactly the same, but doesn't have the rear USB input or an included Bluetooth module. It does have HD radio, however. I was seriously torn on this as I do like having HD radio, but I gave it up for the second USB port.
If you want to spend some money, Pioneer also has a couple nice head units that look good in a Saab, but all their midrange ones have blue OEL displays or red buttons, which don't look terribly good. Over the $200 mark you've got some options, but the JVC delivered what I wanted at under $200, and that worked for me!
