I haven't used Audacity specifically, but I do some audio editing.
Is it a simple matter of a whole track being shifted out of sync? if so you should be able to insert some blank space in the appropriate track(s) (how you do that in Audacity specifically, I'm not sure, look in the help files?).
Is it a matter of some *parts* of a track being "out of sync" (as in timing errors of one instrumentalist vs another)? That is a bigger problem that will likely require time stretching + if Audacity doesn't have that built in, you'll need a plugin.
