... at least that would be my opinion. They always had a reputation for expensive car to maintain and now also have a reputation as a brand that is nearly dead. If GM needs a European brand in the US they can just bring in Opel and come up with some entirely new name and be better off.

Also, Cadillac fulfills the luxury brand role pretty nicely for GM - I do not think it needs Saab to supplement it.
