There are a lot of used Saabs out there, and plenty of folks who still like them. IMHO, the more recent models will take the biggest hit, and it will be interesting to see what buy-outs are like at the end of some current leases.
Bigger picture, there won't be a huge change in the value of cars over 6 or more years old as they are well down the depreciation curve and in many cases on their second or third owners anyways.
If you're in the habit of keeping cars a long time it really won't matter much when you move from a car with 150-200K miles. You'll still be able to get $500-1500 for it if it runs well and is in semi-decent shape. Parts and indy service aren't going to disappear.
