Parts are flowing out of Allentown. Placed a stock order two weeks ago which arrived today, finally. I had 52 different parts, multiples of many on order ($10.2k). By the time the order was filled, 7 parts were no longer available and not filled. Saab also is no longer holding backorder sheets for previous orders.

Parts currently are not flowing out of Sweden at this time. As Chadwick said, many common failure parts are already out of stock with no ETA for resupply.

Have gotten calls this week from five other shops in Florida hunting for mechanical parts such as strut mount plates for the 03+ 9-3. Saab is out of stock and after a few phone calls all normal aftermarket suppliers are also out of stock. They said that dealerships have resorted to using aftermarket parts to get vehicles back on the road now and aftermarket suppliers were not prepared for the increased demand. Many stated current wait times of 30+ days, even for aftermarket variants.

Typically I spent at most 30min a day prior ordering parts. Simply call up spew out lines of part numbers and quantities and they would arrive in a couple days. I now spend 2 hours hunting out parts, sometimes more.

Dont plan on this getting any better anytime soon.
