All have good tool chests, but look at your tools and think about how you would store them, based on the size of different items. Then shop with that in mind and also thinking about tools you'll acquire down the road.
I have a consumer grade Craftsman that I paid about $100 for about 20 years ago. It has lived all its life in an unheated garage, 3 feet from the door. There have been no rust issues of note and all the drawers slide smoothly. It is FULL and I need to get a center section (no opening top) to go between the base and top to give me more storage.
IMHO Craftsman, HD and Lowes have equal quality tool chests in various configurations and sizes. I've looked at all of them and see no significant differences. Do note though, Sears is closing some of the "Sears Essentials" stores (formerly K-Marts) and have good sales in progress. Might be worth a look.
