No matter what color, store, or manufacturer you choose, make absolutely sure all the drawers roll on ball bearings. The cheap cabinets just have sliders, the slightly upmarket ones have double-extending sliders, but anything decent has ball bearings.
Once you start loading the drawers with tools, the ball bearings keep the drawers moving smoothly, where the sliders get more difficult to open and close and keep the drawers straight.
Plus, the cabinets generally get built better if they have ball bearing drawers.
Latching drawers is a big plus. These require that you release some kind of latch (most are just the drawer handle) to open the drawer. This keeps them closed when you roll a roll cab around, or if the floor isn't exactly flat.
Look closely at the makeup of the drawers. Very often, a manufacturer will sell roll cabs or chests that are the same size, but have a different complement of drawers. Personally, I find that having a variety of drawer sizes is a huge plus, so I can sort things, and when I need something I know exactly what drawer it is in, rather than rattling around in one or two really big drawers.
I've been using the Crafstman 40" (wide) series with ball bearing drawers and "GripLatch", and have been very happy. You can often find them for 50% off at your local Sears and Roebuck store.
