always have. The key is to find something you really like doing that gives you the exercise. I really love walking/hiking and bicycle riding-I'd probably still do it if it caused cancer. My daily minimum is an hour and on weekends I try to do something a little more ambitious. For upper body I like kayaking. I do have a stationary bike with the arm things for when the weather doesn't cooperate (or I get the snow shoes out). Throw in some Yoga /stretching and I'm good. It's better to come with a realistic routine (start slow) that you'll do consistently than something overly ambitious that you do for a few weeks or months then stop.
