Well, three and a fraction...
Discovery went to the Simthsonian,
Enterprise is going to be put in a bubble on a boat (no, I'm not happy...), and Endeavour is going out to California soon, which should be the last of the ferry flights.
Atlantis will be staying in Florida, so I don't expect they'll need to fly it the couple miles to the new museum they're building for it, especially since the only runway to land it on is the one they'd be taking off from...
What's a little distressing is that the NASA 747s that ferry the Shuttles are destined to be nothing more than parts sources for NASA's other 747. One of them has already been retired, the other one flys to NYC today. But while not quite as awe-inspiring as the shuttles themselves, they were pretty amazing things in their own right, and should be honored as such. Without them, and the "drop tests" they supported, the Shuttle program might not have been possible.
