GM doesn't seem to want to help solve this problem Posted by JohnA [Email] (#426) [Profile/Gallery] (more from JohnA) on Tue, 29 May 2012 12:16:26 In Reply to: TCS/ESP module problem?, JohnA [Profile/Gallery] , Wed, 23 May 2012 17:16:33 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
Not answering 'phone calls & etc.
Major-major Calgary GM dealership (GSL Chev City) has Saabs
warranted by GM sitting on its lot with no parts supply.
Owners do not seem to want to go after parts on their own
through SaabsUSA, which is supplying hardware. Other (US)owners
have successfully gone after parts; got the fixes done;
and put in a claim which was subsequently paid by GM. I've
seen that on the 9-3 SS board here.
SaabsUSA cannot supply the Tech II software for my fix.
Maybe I need to get a lawyer to write a letter since our Saab
is under warranty.
