Wiring derating for multiple in common conduit.

I've got a pair of home wiring projects. I've found online calculators for wire size, but both projects involve running two circuits in common conduit. I've found plenty of references to NEC derating table (T310.14(B)(2)(A), but not the actual table.
If available online, or appropriate formulas, I'd be grateful.
One conduit will be 40A 220V about 110' to free-standing garage, with 20A 120V peeling off about halfway.
The other 20A 220V about 60' to grinder pump, with wire for future 10-12kW generator only about 10' from panel.
Thanks
Ed
