Interest is at an all time low.
there are bargains out there.
The economy will come back.
You will be posting on home fix up sites for information.
You will be doing a lot of repair stuff to the house and painting and.....
It is all great.

We bought new one in 1999. Value tripled and now in half of that.....but we are still really ahead and we have refied a couple of times so our monthly payment is cheap for the size of the house. It brings us great pleasure and is great to live in and entertain our friends and family.
