I would highly recommend finding a good clean used *rust free* door with original paint in your car's colour. The Saab original paint, at least for c900 era, is way better than what some (many? all?) body shops will do. I had a door re-skinned on a c900 and I wish I had just bought another door. It is literally the only part of the car with significant rust issues. The paint bubbles with surface rust randomly with no evident paint damage! That is unheard of on original paint, which has a tenacious primer that prevents rust from spreading... I'm not sure how much this changed by 1999, but worth considering nonetheless...
plus finding a used door is likely cheaper anyway, even with shipping. I'd look in arizona or california etc... or at least look closely over a door obtained in the northeast, particularly the inside seams...
good luck!
