I read that in his last race, they would have had to give the win to the person who came in 29th as he was the first person they had no evidence of him using drugs... I personally think the tour de france needs to just be done away with, and start a new bike race that is fresh and has a strict no drugs rule w/ testing, if they are going to do any bike races anymore at all.

I honestly don't know why they are all making a big stink about it. Everybody already knows the majority of the bike racers are using drugs... Its kinda like steroids in the MLB in the Barry Bonds era... We all knew they were doing it, but it made for good baseball, this made for good bike racing. I'm not condoning it, but they all made big bucks off the players/racers and now are throwing them under the bus, as if it washes their hands of it all...
