Auction site Ali express. See item 362870876. $390 and the reviews seem great. Almost 5 stars out of 147 reviews. Says it has a 1 year warranty. I mean even if it works for a year it could potentially save a ton of money instead of paying to go to a local shop.

Also, Ali Express is a pretty safe auction site as the hold the payment to the seller until you receive your item.

Perhaps the Chinese who are now producing Saab's are now producing a affordable tech 2.

I think im going to buy one right now actually and will report back.
