There's a difference Windows 7 Pro. I'm pretty sure XP virtual machine will not work on the normal Windows 7 Home premium edition. That's why I went with VirtualBox.

There are a lot of steps to do this especially when you're doing this for the first time so I feel your pain.

I also had to use a software called NLite to combine XP SP3 with my XP install disk. My original install disk was pretty old and I didn't want to go through a ton of updates.
