Let me start by giving the bad news...

You admitted guilt in a public forum, so the government can use that. Don't think they don't troll these pages. While I have no sympathy for people who are dead guilty, the following are the answers you requested:

You would need to get the service history of the light, camera, and computer operating the light (looking for malfunctions). You would need to get the timing history and programming of green seconds to yellow seconds to red seconds and establish yellow is too short for the speed limit on the road. You would need to see if there is someone tailgating you on the images that would force you to go through the intersection for fear of injury. You would need to see if the image shows you both before entering the intersection in a red light and then being there in a red light. If they cannot show you prior to the intersection with a red light, then you can argue you were decelerating at a yellow. You would need to show a receipt for brake repairs dated with 24 hours showing repairs due to a failure that occurred causing you to go through the light. If you have an EZ pass transponder you would need to show you did not drive until the repairs were made.
