No, in fact, I've exchange my 4S a couple of times for free new ones due to software issue and one pool adventure, but when I called Apple support this morning, they said, Verizon does not put a SIM card in the 4S because it's a 3G phone and usually people don't travel internationally. When I called Verizon, they told me the exact same thing. Store opens at 10am, I need to leave for the airport at 11am. My wife's iPhone 5, which is 4G LTE, came with a card.

You can imagine my surprise when I opened my SIM card tray and it was empty. You can imagine my frustration level right now. I've got to get the card and sign up for Global Services in 1 hour or less.
