I have not placed an order in about 6 months so there may have been changes, but overall, I have found the folks there to be very responsive and helpful. Usually if it says "in stock" it is. Granted, I am maintaining c900's and a 9-5, but I've never had a significant problem with them. I have ordered a few parts from other sources, some of which were also good to deal with and others less so. I'm from Canada and eeuro has been very fair wrt cross border shipping. Not as cheap as it used to be, but fair, and when something was not great, they helped work it out.
So yeah, give them a call or email and see what they can do. We've occasionally had threads like this before on this bb, and they were quick to resolve any issues.
