..their response was the part is on back order and could be in anytime from the end of April up to June. They did not inform me of this until I called and emailed several times. I realize that a part on back order may be out of their control. The problem is they show the part as "Available" on their web site which according to them means:

"Available

Occasionally stock items are not currently in stock. This item is available and likely already on the way to our Windsor, CT warehouse. The typical lead-time on this item is: Usually ships in 2-4 business days."

The above statement is not accurate. If it is a difficult to obtain part, they should state so or mark it special order or something.

Basically I wasted two weeks waiting for a part that they cannot get.
The part is still listed as available on their web site.
Fortunately, I was able to get the part from a SAAB dealer that sent the part overnight. The part was a little more expensive through the dealer, but they had it in stock and could not have been more pleasant to deal with.

I would not order parts from eeuro unless they have them in stock ready to ship the day the order is placed.

I too used to be a big fan of Eeuro, but this is my third similar experience in the last six months.

I am familiar with SAABs. I learned to drive on SAABs and have been driving them over 30 years. I currently have 5 SAABs (3 9-3s, an OG 9-5 and a 9-2 AERO)that me and my college age children drive.
