You're in Toronto, right?
I get mine done with Rust Check. It's not so much undercoating as "inside coating" - they spray inside every body cavity with a thin creeping oil that penetrates all the seams. The place I get it done from drills access holes (the first year only) and plugs them. The underbody is sprayed, but I think they use the thin stuff still. My 1993 c900 has had this done since I've owned it (15 years) and it is still in great shape. The only places that have rust are where it was not sprayed, and a few years ago, I had ours parked next to an identical 1993 c900 which had not been sprayed - the difference was shocking (and the reason I had mine parked next to it was I was pulling parts before it went to the crusher!)...
That said, my SAAB indy uses Krown. Same basic idea. I had Krown sprayed on our winter beater 1 year. I didn't like it as much, but I'm sure it works and some of my issues may have been more related to "who" applied it than the product itself.
Here are some photos from the 1993. This area is all original paint - in most c900's this has been rotted right through, welded and rotted again several times over by now!
and here's a shot underneath the passenger seat (it's a red car, that's all original paint, no rust, the grime is rustcheck + dirt):
The reality is, if you rust proof the car, eventually the floors will rust from the inside out - not because of the rustproofing, but because of the lack of it: you can't pull the carpets and spray the floors, and moisture gets trapped there... but it takes a long time! Here's an example of rust in an area that was not sprayed, and brake fluid leaked, and moisture also in the drivers side footwell:
good luck!
