When it comes to malware infected PCs, I rely on the 1-2-3-4 punch of adwcleaner+SuperAntiSpyware+malwarebytes+spybot (for good measure). You won't find a single product that covers all bases, and sometimes not even two. It's pretty rare after going through all four of these that anything survives. In the current climate, adwcleaner is the most effective product against modern threats, but there's no guarantee what you've got isn't some legacy malware, so you kinda gotta go through the historical pantheon of cleaners, so my list kinda goes from most recent to least recent. Typically, nothing survives past superantispyware. :)
