I realized later that arc-sine would have been one step quicker but my pencil sketch on a note pad in the field was pretty rustic and this didn't pop out at me.
Regarding the NCEES thing. I have a paper copy of my experience record for use when submitting the PMP Exam Application (old school, got to have paper). It appears that I can access my records with the NCEES if I want to spend $175 to submit an transmittal of my record to another state with an application for licensure. This fee is normally only $75 but the first transmittal requested after the database change is $100 more for the extra effort on the part of NCEES in reformatting my archive data to fit their new requirements.
I recently turned 60, will probably never submit a request for licensure in another state before I retire, so their business model change actually saves me the $25 annual renewal fee.
I still feel that they stole something from me somehow but I console myself with the $25 annual savings, and not doing an annual experience update, and not obtaining an annual professional recommendation, and not providing updates for changes in supervisors/managers.....
