I gave it about a week and the odor has dissipated quite a bit, but I've still been getting a whiff of it.
It's my wife's car, she's much less sensitive to odors than I am, but I also don't get to spend any real time with the car until a weekend.
Earlier today I was able to confirm that I still smelled something. I did my best to look around for any vacuum or similar lines in that vicinity, and came across what looks like a big pcv hose coming off the back of the manifold toward a check valve. While it looked attached, the spring clip had not been properly secured around the hose and nipple (it was just around the hose, a few inches away). I made sure everything was snug, moved the clamp back into place, and put about 50 miles on to visit my parents.
Smell is virtually eliminated now
