The replacement convertible, a Toyota Solara, has pretty bad visibility to the rear left and right quadrants. Backing out of a spot where traffic is coming in both directions is a dicey proposition. I look for a pull-through
spot, but if I can't find that pick a corner spot (no cross traffic). I usually don't back in though.
