How hard is it to get a loan for a 10-15 year old Porsche (or Saab etc) with 100K+? I'm guessing you're going to either pay credit card level interest rates or dip into home equity. Once a certain make/model/year hits this point the pool of available buyers drops and therefore the price should drop precipitously.
Repeating what Randy said, there are some things you can fix yourself, some will require special tools. If there's a good indy available it could be a fun car.
