There still seems to be some teething pains with the new owners. On my most recent order I received multiple shipping notices after having already received the parts. The saved "project" feature on the Eeuroparts site seems to have gone wonky as well. At various times in my "next order" project I've found saved parts disappearing, parts that had been removed showing back up, parts I never even looked at appearing, as well as finding parts for other brands of cars. (I've only ever ordered Saab parts there.)
On the plus side my order arrived promptly with no issues other than a brand substitution that I agreed to on a filter. (This was due to a backordered part that I failed to notice when ordering.) However I have not yet had to deal with any returns or warranty issues.
Eeuroparts doesn't list a phone number on their "Contact" page, however there is an 800 number in the FAQ for core returns. (I don't know if it's working or not, might be left over from before the ownership change.)
Newparts.com does have a phone contact on their site, and the street address listed in Nashville is the same as for Eeuroparts. Might be worth a try calling the new owners.
