I sure miss Jim Moncrief and those M&M's! I still have a 1986 900S that I bought from him back in 2003 when he had a shop in Flemington, NJ. Prior to him setting up that shop I frequently drove out to his home to pick up Saab parts.

Rick Parr at Parrformance gave me my first ride in a 9000 back in the mid-1980s. It was a breathtaking high-speed romp through the hills and curves around Lititz, PA. (Back then the 9000 had just come to the U.S. and a lot of diehards questioned if it was a "real" Saab because it was so different. Rick convinced me!) All the guys at that shop were real saab fanatics.
