i've been getting some noise from the passenger side front of my 1994 900S (been thinking it was tire noise) and some vibrations in the car (not in the steering wheel)at highway speeds. Been attributing the vibrations, since they're subtle, to road conditions. anyway, i noticed this weekend that the passenger side front tire is developing a strange wear pattern. the outside edge of the tread looks like a worm inched his way across it. basically, the wear pattern cuts in and out in a concentric "s" pattern around the tire. the peaks and valleys are about 1/2 inch apart and indent about 1/4 inch. anyone seen anything like this before ? trying to get an appointment with the dealer (ugh) for tomorrow. thought i'd ask here first. thanks in advance.
