So I am planning a trip to Scandinavia and central europe in the spring. Many of you gave suggestions on my trip and thank you for that. I have a problem though. I am only 21 and cannot rent a car, you have to be 25 for that. I have cerebral palsy that prevents me being able to walk distances and I am afraid that travel by train will mean a lot of walking from where train stations are located in cities.

What can I do to get a car to travel with? Or do you have any other ideas for me that would work?

Oh yea, Amsterdam would rent to people over 21, for a $100 per day fee on top of what you pay to rent the car. Yea right!
