Hello, this may be an odd question for the saabnet but i bet you guys can help me out, so here goes... I grabbed a tachometer out of a 6cyl Jeep wrangler at the junk yard the other day in hopes of hooking it up to my 88 Dodge Dakota, which did not come w/ one from the factory. The tach has four wires, a black, a white, a green, and a orange w/ red stripe. I know you probably not sure where each wire goes by color but if you could point me towards where you think the 4 connections should go. I never messed w/ a tach, even in my Saab, so I'm kinda lost. Any help would be great, thanks a lot guys, and happy Thanksgiving!
