It is conspicuously posted on the http://www.masstroopers.org web site that the
photographs contained therein are not public domain and that copying or
reuse of the photographs is not permitted without permission.

We understand and appreciate that these photographs are not being used in a
derogatory fashion on your site; however we must request that the pictures
be removed from your site forthwith and not be reposted unless and until a
formal request for reuse has been received and approved by our website
administration.

Such a request may be in the form of a written letter indicating the URL of
the photograph(s) to be used and the intended manner in which the
photographs are to be used. This letter may be directed to:
