mmmm....your facing one of man's toughest choices, don't forget that with leasing you require $3200.00 down = an additional $70 per month. If that 99 is a really nice car,in 4 years it may be worth close to the buy out of your new car lease.
If you lease, you will have nothing but fond memories or the chance to buy a (hopefully) good used car in 4 years.
If you buy the used 95, in four years you should have a fairly good car the will be good for several more years of driving with no payments , or something that will be worth a good downpayment on a new or newer car.
I think I'd buy the used one!!!
