My '01 Viggen Convertible got towed Friday night while in Golds Gym Parking lot. I'm a member, but didn't have a sticker in my car window, so they towed it. My fault for not having a sticker. No question.

They called the towing company dispatcher and they brought the car back - took them about 30 minutes. They brought it back to me because it was still in transit, otherwise I'd have had to go to their lot to pick it up.

They didn't take CCs, so I had to pay $95 cash to get it back (OUCH!!!). Got a receipt and checked it extensively for ANY kind of damage but didn't see any because it was 10:00pm and dark out. I looked carefully at the rims, body kit etc.

Well, I hand-washed the car today and noticed some pretty bad scrapes on the underside of the front bumper AND a small scratch down the side of the right rear wheel-well, which was to the metal so I had to do a touch up job today to prevent rust/corrosion. Not before I took pictures of the 2 damaged spots however. Film's getting developed as I speak.

Called them today, but have to talk to the manager tomorrow (Monday).

Any recourse or advice from the group?
