I think I would have stood my ground by not moving, rolling up the window and calling the police to report that I was being threatened. Two of the possible outcomes would be that they'd realize they were about to be confronted by the police and choose to leave, or they may have warrants out for their arrest already, and choose to leave. Of course other outcomes could have been a broken window or flying bullets.
I would guess that the CM T-shirt is a smart-ass statement that he's an "enforcer". It could have been an oportunity for the young man to meet the real enforcers.
